We have a complete technical file for each customer and product. Inquiries about your product aren’t limited to the production and processing information, and we also track previous maintenance service status to provide solutions quickly.
We provide a three to five-year standard warranty and offer extended parts and service warranties to give you peace of mind. Our outdoor LED products are backed by a 5-years manufacturer’s advanced replacement part warranty. Still, you can extend that parts warranty to ten years and extended on-site service warranty production from five to ten years too. We provide a 3-years manufacturer’s advanced replacement part warranty for LCD products, which can be extended to five years. The final warranty terms in the sales order shall prevail.
We provide free software upgrade services during the warranty period and lifetime training and support.
